ELOTEX MP2050
C1/C2 tile adhesives, CG1/CG2 grouts, cement and gypsum renders, joint fillers.
View grade →59 redispersible polymer powder grades for tile adhesives, renders, flooring and waterproofing.
Anhui Liwei Chemical supplies the ELOTEX RDP series to dry-mix mortar producers. Powder manufacture, quality control and formulation support are held to internationally recognized quality standards and to one released specification per grade.

Every grade is a spray-dried polymer powder that redisperses in water and forms a film inside the mortar. What changes across the series is the base chemistry, the minimum film forming temperature and the film hardness, and each of those decides which mortar system a grade belongs in.
Spray-dried polymer powders produced to a fixed specification, batch after batch.
Residual moisture, ash content, bulk density and sieve residue checked against the released specification.
Formulation questions answered by the team that runs the powder trials.
Dosage ranges and mixing advice for tile adhesives, renders, flooring and waterproofing.
Stock planning, pallet and container loading, moisture-protected export packing.
13 core grades in stock, 11 series families covering every mortar system.

One binder family, eleven chemistries — matched to the mortar system you actually produce.
Talk to a specialistPowder supply is only half of the order. The other half is knowing what the powder does in your own formulation, at your own dosage.
Each delivery carries its released specification: the same MFFT, ash content and bulk density as the sample you trialled.
Dosage ranges and mix adjustments reviewed against your own recipe, not a generic starting point.
Grades in the series keep EC1PLUS and comparable low-emission declarations within reach.
Cement, gypsum, EPS, XPS and mineral substrates covered from one grade family.
Pallet and container loading with moisture protection, timing confirmed in the quotation.
Sample bags and the technical data sheet travel with the delivery, so the plant can verify before batching.

Drummed and bulk formats for high-volume production lines.
Start from the mortar system: tile adhesive, render, flooring or waterproofing. The comparison page lines up MFFT, ash content, bulk density and typical applications so the shortlist is a few lines long.
MOQ and lead time are confirmed in the quotation, because both depend on the grade, the packing format and the season.
Sample bags are available so the powder can be trialled in your own formulation, at your own dosage, before a bulk order is placed.
Keep bags dry and below 25 °C and use the material within six months of delivery. Powder that has compacted in storage normally breaks up again during mixing.
Shorten the mixing cycle for thermoplastic grades, avoid high shear that raises the mix temperature, and let the mortar stand for 1 to 5 minutes before use.
Export documentation and multilingual product information are arranged with each order; this site is published in thirteen languages.
Send the mortar system, the grade you are considering and the volume you plan for. The reply comes back with a dosage recommendation and a quotation.
