Grade, volume, packaging and season all move the price of MP2050, and professional buyers check the same four things before they order.
An MP2050 quotation is not a single number. It is a set of assumptions about volume, packing, destination and timing, and each assumption can be renegotiated.
The grade itself sets the base. A multipurpose VAE powder is priced against the polymer content that shows up in the ash value, so two powders that look alike in a bag can carry very different polymer levels.
Volume moves the number faster than anything else. A full container load spreads freight and handling across more tonnes than a pallet order, and the gap between the two is usually larger than the gap between two suppliers.
25 kg paper sacks suit plants that dose by bag and want no decanting equipment. Big bags cut handling time on high-volume lines but need lifting gear at the unloading point.
The cheapest bag is not always the cheapest delivery. Torn sacks, moisture ingress and rework cost more than the difference between two packing formats, especially on a sea freight route with several transfers.
Construction demand peaks in spring and autumn in most export markets, and powder capacity tightens ahead of those peaks. Orders placed inside the peak usually pay for the privilege.
Shelf life matters as well. The powder keeps for six months in dry storage below 25 °C, so a large order placed early and stored badly is worse value than two smaller orders placed on time.
The grade this note is about, and two that sit next to it in the range.
Send the mortar system, the grade you are considering and the volume you plan for. The reply comes back with a dosage recommendation and a quotation.
