HD2000 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for Repair. Based on a Vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) base, it delivers balanced substrate deformation bridging that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 4-6 C, ash content near 12% (typical) and bulk density of 590 g/L (typical). These values place HD2000 within the expected range for a repair grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, HD2000 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
