FX5600 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for EIFS. Based on a Vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) base, it delivers balanced eifs insulation bonding that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 6-9 C, ash content near 13% (typical) and bulk density of 520 g/L (typical). These values place FX5600 within the expected range for a eifs grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, FX5600 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
