FX2630 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for Skim Coat. Based on a Vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) base, it delivers balanced smooth skim coating that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 8-11 C, ash content near 11% (typical) and bulk density of 590 g/L (typical). These values place FX2630 within the expected range for a render grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, FX2630 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
