FX1000 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for Tile Adhesive. Based on a Vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) base, it delivers balanced economical c1 grade that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 6-9 C, ash content near 13% (typical) and bulk density of 590 g/L (typical). These values place FX1000 within the expected range for a tile grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, FX1000 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
