FLEX8320 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for Waterproofing. Based on a Vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE) base, it delivers balanced tile crack isolation that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 0-2 C, ash content near 10% (typical) and bulk density of 555 g/L (typical). These values place FLEX8320 within the expected range for a water grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, FLEX8320 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
