ERA200 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for Coating. Based on a VAE copolymer base, it delivers balanced abrasion-resistant lining that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 5-8 C, ash content near 10% (typical) and bulk density of 555 g/L (typical). These values place ERA200 within the expected range for a coating grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, ERA200 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
