ERA100 is a redispersible polymer powder engineered for Coating. Based on a VAE copolymer base, it delivers balanced erosion-resistant coating that supports consistent performance in dry-mix mortars.
Typical properties include an MFFT around 8-11 C, ash content near 12% (typical) and bulk density of 520 g/L (typical). These values place ERA100 within the expected range for a coating grade and help formulators predict redispersion and film formation.
In practice, ERA100 improves adhesion, flexibility and water resistance while keeping workability stable. It is supplied as a free-flowing white powder in 25 kg moisture-resistant bags.
