When using 10211 for Coating, dry-blend the powder with cement, sand and other additives before adding water. A typical dosage is 1.5-4.0% by weight of the binder.
Allow a short wet-standing time after mixing so the polymer fully redisperses, then apply with the standard method for Coating. Avoid excessive dilution, which weakens film formation.
